THE RULES TO FOLLOW.
General.
Be respectful. We're all mature people here! Follow all the rules, because that's what they're there for. If you're going to be absent, then make sure you let us know! Because we don't want to mark you inactive. If there are any problems on the site, please don't argue in public. Take care of it privately and if it gets out of hand, contact the admins. Talk like an intelligent person; no chat speak unless its in character for like, an instant message or something.
Role-playing.
We're a literate site, so please make sure your spelling and grammar is proper in threads! We DO have a word minimum, but its not bad. Only 250 words. We don't care where your play-bys come from, so long as they have quality pictures to use. Don't god-mod unless its required to move a post along and you have permission from the other person. No mary sues, obviously. Nuff said. Please bear the ratios and bans in mind when making a new character — otherwise we won't limit people to characters. When it comes to pregnancy and death, ask a staff member first; you need our approval to go through with it so we don't get an overload. Also, we encourage and appreciate if you could role-play in third person.
Registering.
Feel free to register however you want when it comes to an account. However, after you have made the account — or after you have been accepted at the latest — make sure that you change it to your character's first, middle, and last name in all lowercase letters. We also require you to make a new account for each individual character.
Graphics.
Your avatar can be anywhere between 100 x 100 to 200 x 300 in size! Though we think the bigger ones are snazzier(that's what she said). When it comes to signatures, anything wider than 450 may stretch the board, so don't do it! It makes Sara cry. And just keep in mind that they shouldn't be of ridiculous height, either. Gifs are perfectly fine and pretty bamf. If there's any complaints about them slowing the site down or anything, though, keep in mind the staff has the right to remove them.
